Opening a Creator Space is free. TIGSI only takes its share when money comes in (events or digital products). Already deducted, the rest is on your balance.

On 100,000 FCFA (Ticketing), about 88,000 FCFA comes back to your balance.

Concerts, nights, fairs. The public pays, you collect the net.

Can I sell ebooks or courses without an event?+

Yes. Tigsi Digital works without an event. Enable your store under Products, create a file or course, then submit it. Buyers pay with Mobile Money and get access right away.

I'm in the wrong place: I just want to see events?+

Yes. This site is for creators. In the TIGSI app you can see every event and all our services (votes, tickets, stands, donation pots, I’ll-be-there badges, streaming, digital products).

Does opening a Creator Space cost money?+

No. Account and publishing are free. TIGSI takes a commission only when you collect payments (events or digital products).

Are the rates shown those of Burkina Faso?+

Yes, the grid follows the detected country (or the one you choose). Commissions can vary by country. A partnership can adjust them.

Do I need KYC right away?+

You can publish up to 3 events without KYC. Verification is required for withdrawals, donation pots, badges, streaming, selling digital products, and unlimited publishing.

How does the money arrive?+

The commission is deducted on each payment. The net is credited to your balance. After KYC, Mobile Money or bank withdrawal is automatic, within 72 hours maximum.

I already use the app. Do I start over?+

No. Same account and same content. The web is Creator Space. The app stays for the field.
